I got my first DSLR camera in 2010, white Pentax K-x, and thought it was instantly gonna make me a great photographer. That didn’t really happen and after a couple months of action, the white beast got parked in a closet, with sporadic reappearances throughout the following years.
Fast-forward more than 10 years, the white beast got back into action and accompanied by a telephoto lens and new wave of photography enthusiasm, it started producing interesting results.
A trip to Africa in 2021 re-assured me that photography is a great hobby and travel companion, so I started learning and experimenting. I also moved to a new system, Panasonic Lumix G9, and handed the white beast over to my little sister.
This website is my motivation to keep learning and I’m very glad you found a moment to have a look at my photography attempts.
